Are you having issues with Ancestry’s DNA portal? About a week ago I received an email with a notice stating that I have three new matches. However, when I try to access them, I keep getting the above message. Hmmm….sure hoping it resolves soon. I’m trying to be patient!

None of them have been matches for me though I did get an update last week, and I could see them. (Did not get error message.)
I have not seen this error message. Would call customer service.
About two weeks back I started to have the web browser close on me on Windows XP. It works on a Vista machine without problems. I suspect they are using the new features that are not supported in the older browsers.
I use Chrome, and it didn’t occur to me to try a different browser. Just tried FireFox and it works! Thanks!
